LAST CHANCE: Submit Surveys (Deadline July 11!)

Hello all! I'm here with an important announcement about surveys! I will be placing the final order with my manufacturer this month and need to have my final inventory counts in really soon. There are still 58 people who haven't submitted their surveys yet. If you are one of these people please fill it out ASAP! 

➤ The deadline to fill your survey out is July 11. 

What if I don't fill it out by the deadline?

If you don't fill your survey out, I cannot guarantee there will be enough stock for you once the products arrive this fall and shipping begins. I am going to make an educated guess on how much I need to order once the survey deadline passes, so please understand that it's the best I can do with the info I'm provided! I need surveys to be completed in order to collect shipping fees, as well as know what items you'd like and where to ship them to.

You can still fill your survey out after the deadline, but please keep in mind I cannot guarantee I will have stock of the item(s) you ordered once shipping begins. I will do my best to circumvent this issue, but surveys make life easier.

What if I never got a survey/can't find it?

If this is the case, please send me a message here on Kickstarter or an email to [email protected] immediately. I will look you up in the system and send you the link to your survey manually. If you would like your email address on your account changed for the future, please let me know and I can do that for you as well.

Surveys

Hello all! Just a friendly reminder to submit your survey if you have not already. According to Backerkit, 84% of you have submitted it successful! There are still abut 130 people who haven't filled it out yet so please do so as soon as you can. If you can't find your survey link, please send an email to [email protected].

The Straps

I will be changing a portion of the straps for the backpacks. I was not liking how the adjustable portion (bottom fabric portion) of the straps felt very thin. I want these straps to be as durable as they can be while staying as true to the original design as possible! I've been in contact with my manufacturer about using a thicker/better material for the adjustable portion. 

Small Improvements

I've also been speaking to my manufacturer about making small adjustments and improvements to the bags. Some of these include:

• Longer straps
• More durable straps
• A wider water bottle slot

Once my manufacturer and I settle on these changes, I will be placing the large bulk order for everything! I will be posting an announcement once this is done, so please bare with me! :)

A Busy Summer

This summer is a hectic one for sure! I am getting married in August so it's a very busy time for me. That said, I'm looking to square away these changes with my manufacturer within the next few weeks, and hopefully place the bulk order sometime in July! This gives enough time for everything to hopefully arrive by sometime in September/October, get quality checked, and go out soon after. As with my last project, I am aiming to keep the project schedule as close to what was estimated within the Kickstarter project. If there are any delays, I will definitely let you all know through updates!

Pre-Order Store

The pre-order store is still open on Backerkit. Once they close you won't be able to order anything else from the Wanderer's Collection Kickstarter until leftover inventory is put into my store late this fall/early winter. https://wanderers-collection.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Hello all! I have just sent out the surveys to all of you. They will be going out over the next few hours as Backerkit begins sending emails to everyone.

Please keep an eye on your email and fill out the survey when you've received it! Be sure to check your spam as well, in case it isn't showing up in your inbox.

Survey Deadline

You have until June 20th to fill out your survey and ensure your pledge items. If you fill out your survey after this date, I cannot 100% guarantee there will be enough stock of your desired item. Please fill your survey out as soon as possible so you can receive your goodies! Surveys help me know how much stock needs to be ordered from my manufacturer.

Charging Cards

When you fill out your survey, you will enter your debit or credit card. Cards will not be charged immediately; this stage will occur later in the coming months (most likely in July or August). If you enter your card details and don't see a charge on it immediately, this is why! Don't worry, as your card will be charged once I go ahead and allow Backerkit to collect the funds in July-August.

I will make an announcement before cards are charged so you have a chance to change any necessary details if needed.

For those who have missed the Kickstarter, I have a pre-order store now open on Backerkit for 2 weeks!

We did it!! Thank you SO much for the successful project, I couldn't have done this without all of your support. I am so excited to get these into production as soon as possible.

Backerkit Surveys

Surveys will be sent out this week at some point. Once they are sent out, I will post an update about it here so that you know to look out for them. They will be delivered via Backerkit to your email address provided on your Kickstarter account. Please refrain from asking about your survey before I post the announcement about them being sent out! :)

Shipping & Add-Ons

The survey link is your chance to choose which design(s) you'd like to receive for your pledged items, as well as choose extra add-ons if you'd like, and pay your shipping fee. The add-on shop will contain items from the Kickstarter project, as well as some items from my online store as well as pre-orders for the restock of my Deer Ita Bags! You will also be able to pay shipping for the total weight of your package through this survey link.

Hello lovely and wonderful backers!! I can't believe there are only 2 days left of the Kickstarter! It really feels like these past 3 weeks flew. So what can you expect in the coming weeks?

Finalize your pledge

Once the Kickstarter project ends, you won't be able to make any changes to your pledge. Please make sure you've finalized everything you'd like to pledge for, since once the project ends refunds will not be available due to the funds being used for manufacturing. You can increase & add-on to your pledge, as well as decrease or cancel it any time before 5/16 at 4PM EDT.

Surveys

Surveys will be sent out via your email from Backerkit to collect your shipping information. During this time you will be able to specify which designs you'd like to receive from the project (for example, you'll be able to select which bag(s) you'd like). An add-on store will also be available during this time. One of the items in the shop will be my Deer Ita bags. I will be holding pre-orders for it during the duration that the Backerkit store is open. You can either add it to your pledge, or order it separately.

Pre-Orders

For those who didn't back during the Kickstarter, all items will be available for pre-order on Backerkit. Note that pre-orders will not come with a free pin or sticker since freebies are only for the Kickstarter pledges. Pins and stickers, as well as other items, will be available for purchase in the Backerkit store.

Insurance

Insurance will be available for purchase in the Backerkit store for $3.50. This will ensure that if your package is for some reason lost or damaged in transit by the fault of the carrier, I will replace it for you free-of-charge. This is strongly recommended for those outside of the US.
